I fell in love with this stunning, pastel-shaded boutique hotel in Paris the moment I clapped eyes on it on Pinterest. Situated on a small, quiet street close to the Mouffetard district in the 13th arrondissement, Hotel Henriette is a new addition to the French capital with 32 individually designed bedrooms. They offer a calming balance between modern design and pretty vintage touches; I love the playful wall treatments with diagonal strips of colour and whole walls of earthy plywood, placed next to mid-century furniture and charming, faded floral cushions.
Created by interior designer Vanessa Escoffir, there’s also retro Platner chairs, Arte wall coverings, hanging rope light fittings and Thomas Eyck products dotted around the rooms. And anywhere with pineapple-shaped accessories gets my vote too. The soft linen-clad beds look good enough to jump right into – I could gladly pass a weekend here and not even venture out to the beautiful city outside!
