How your email finds me 🤪✍🏼💻⌨️ I’ve got that back How your email finds me 🤪✍🏼💻⌨️ I’ve got that back to school feeling and my mind is currently going at 100mph. I’ve felt like I haven’t been able to have the headspace for work while juggling the holidays but I can’t wait to get back to it. Let’s go! 🐎 (maybe I might also find time now to get my hair done 😂)

How are you all feeling about September? To me it feels more like New Year than January 😊

Can definitely feel a slight shift in seasons in t Can definitely feel a slight shift in seasons in the air! Last few days of the summer holidays then it’s back to school and I’m quite looking forward to getting back into a routine. Kinda forgotten what it is I do and what time school starts and finishes 😂

Cosy season - cosy home - green home - minimal home - cosy living
No better hype girl than a five year old. This was No better hype girl than a five year old. This was the first time I’ve taken her abroad by myself since separating so it felt like a big moment, navigating public transport, getting us there, cycling 20 km a day across the island and salt farms with her in the back. Picnics on the beach, mini golf, the circus, we did it all. Rookie error not renting an electric bike! She’s heavy! There was one moment where I was cycling up a slight hill into the wind, going ‘I can’t do it, I can’t do it!’ 🥵 and from the back she was shouting ‘Go on Maman, you can do it! You’re doing really well with those legs! Just a little bit further!’ 😅💪🏼 proud of myself 🥰 and slightly achy 🥴
I think this is quite possibly one of the lovelies I think this is quite possibly one of the loveliest places I’ve ever stayed in! 🤩 Every little detail 👌🏼 the delicious French breakfasts, the little courtyard garden and swimming pool, the mix of old and new furniture, the roll top bath - just parfait! If you’ve got a tiny bathroom I love the idea of using a glass partition to separate bed and bath while still letting in lots of light, I’ll be bookmarking that. This was a bit of a splurge, a bit more than I normally would spend but I’d worked really hard this year so I felt we deserved it. I’m pretty stingy with my own money 😂 I don’t really buy myself clothes or fancy things, I’d much rather spend my money on experiences than things, and this was 100% worth every well earned penny 💚
Des vacances! 🇫🇷 ‘but everywhere here is green Mam Des vacances! 🇫🇷 ‘but everywhere here is green Maman!’ Umm, yes that’s why I chose it 🤪😂 no surprise that one of my favourite places on earth has green everywhere, of course I love somewhere where they have to strictly pick between 17 different shades of green and blue and grey for their shutters and doors 💚
Some photos of the living room when it’s not being Some photos of the living room when it’s not being used as a playground by a five year old. I’m a minimalist but I’m slowing trying to add a bit more colour and warmth to the neutrals with ochre and green tones - it doesn’t take much to make it feel cosy, and now looking at this it’s looking quite autumnal! 🍁🍂
