Following on from my post about Olga Bennett’s book Environments and the work of artist Justin Lee Williams, I recently discovered, Miso (Stanislava Pinchuk), a 21 year old artist living and working in Melbourne, Australia. Her work involves Banksy-esque street art, intricate hand drawn portraits, and installations in gallery spaces. One of my favourites, is a print of a delicately drawn Ukrainian woman pasted onto various buildings and street walls. Her studio space, which she shares with her partner and artist Ghostpatrol, was featured in the book Environments.
