var linkwithin_site_id = 519459; Today I wondered down, past the London Marathon runners and sunny strollers on Southbank, to the Tate Modern to see the installation in the Turbine Hall by Chinese artist Ai Weiwei. The concrete floor has become a vast landscape of over 100 million individually made ceramic sunflower seeds. Although you can no longer walk on the seeds for fear of health and safety, the carpet of seeds creates a vast view, which demands you to think about the precious nature of the material and the effort of its production.
