Present & Correct opened its virtual doors in 2008, selling an array of stationery, paper and office objects and vintage ephemera. It’s a place for their own designs (they’re graphic designers), things they love by other designers from across the world, and vintage items which they discover around Europe. They call it “a long-term obsession with stationery that has culminated in a constantly evolving store”. They take sourcing trips around four times a year to discover new vintage gems, such as vintage hole punchers from Berlin or pins in old boxes from Spain. They say: “We hope to spark a distant memory, make you smile or look at the most mundane in a new, and fonder, light.”
They also have a shop at 23 Arlington Way, London EC1R 1UY. It’s open 12-6:30 pm Tuesday to Friday.
