The CSH edit: 10 things on my interior wishlist

When I’m sourcing for clients or simply scrolling through Pinterest, I often come across lots of lovely things but never end up sharing. So rather than gatekeeping, here’s 10 beautiful things on my interior wishlist, from textured throws and striped pyjamas to modular sofas and cosy armchairs.

Industrial boucle chair, £199, Dunelm *aff
I love the sleek shape of this industrial-style armchair from Dunelm. You would never know from first looking that it was such a good price. The slender metal frame is complemented by tactile wooden arms and boucle upholstery to give a comfy, relaxed look. I think you can judge an armchair by how good it looks from all angles, the back on this one is as equally as lovely as the front, making it perfect for open plan spaces.

Frida jacquard cushion, £18, La Redoute *aff
I’m not usually one for pattern but there was something about this cushion that appealed. You know me, maybe it’s just my love of all things green! There’s something charming about the folksy, natural motifs and I think it would look adorable in a kid’s room. The wavy scalloped trim adds an extra detail and the back is a nice plain neutral linen.

Pure cotton large stitched throw, £49.50, Marks and Spencer *aff
You can always rely on Marks and Spencer for good quality at decent prices. The simple stitched detail on this 100% cotton throw would add some understated texture to a neutral bedroom. Layer over linen bedding and throw artfully over the end of a bed for a cosy, relaxed look.

Trio of vases, £135, Monoware
It’s a fact universally acknowledged by interior designers that everything looks better grouped in threes. Take this trio of white, wheel-thrown bottle vases from Monoware, made by ceramicist Edmund Davis at his pottery studio in Norwich. Style on a mantlepiece with the simplicity of a single stem, or cluster on the dining table in an asymmetrical arrangement.

Ren modular sofa, from £480, Sofa.com *aff
New for Spring/Summer is Sofa.com’s modular Ren sofa, a versatile design that can be customised with footstools and wedge shaped modules. Configure as a regular L-shaped sofa or go for something a little more unique. I tried it for myself at their Chelsea showroom and can confirm it has the squishy, comfort factor. I don’t think the picture truly does it justice (the only image I could find was bright orange and I thought that if you’re a colour phobe like me that’s really going to put you off!), but I love the curved arm detail that’s giving a hint of the Seventies. If you’re struggling for storage space the wedge shaped section lifts up to reveal a hidden compartment!

Green striped pyjama set, £145, Honna
These pyjamas tick all the boxes for me: simple, striped and effortlessly stylish. I love the olive green colour way and classic, boxy, button down style. They’re made of 100% lightweight organic cotton, so perfect for Spring and Summer nights.

Laurie solid oak armchair, £180, Habitat *aff
This armchair is a steal for under £200! I spotted it at their Spring/Summer 2024 preview and was suitably impressed with the quality. It’s made of FSC certified solid wood with a wide woven cord seat – perfect as an accent chair in the bedroom. I’m tempted to buy one myself!

Oof, the shape of this jug’s lip. The tactile chunky handle and creamy finish just make you want to pick it up. Gorgeous!
